SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping
Generally, if your order contains our in-stock inventory, packages ship within two to three business days of when the order was placed. Typically, turnaround time with shipping is about one week, but may take longer during periods of high volume. Delivery time depends on shipping carrier, back order status, weather conditions and holiday demand. Therefore, exact date of delivery cannot be guaranteed.
Print-On-Demand products (it will say on the item’s details page if it is a POD product) generally ship within 7 business days.
Returns
Conditions
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
The Item(s) were purchased in the last 30 days
The Item(s) were not used or damaged
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
Print-On-Demand Items (There will be a notification if an item is a POD product on the item’s details page.)
Some products are Print-On-Demand (POD) and since our POD products are custom-printed, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
Buyer’s remorse or incorrect size selection (please check our size guide before purchasing).
Minor color variations due to screen differences.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or incorrect due to a manufacturing error, we will gladly offer a free replacement or refund. To qualify:
Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
Provide clear photos showing the issue (e.g., misprint, damage, wrong item).
We will review your request and provide a resolution within 3-5 business days.
Shipping Your Return
Email us at info@northforkclothing.com to let us know that you are wanting to return your item(s). This will ensure your return is not missed. In this email, please include your name, order number, name of item(s) and reason for returning. Please then ship your item(s) with a note including your name, return address, phone number, email and name of product, along with your reason for returning. North Fork Clothing is not responsible for any returns lost or damaged in shipment, therefore, please choose a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery.

If the original purchase was made with a credit card, the card account will be credited for the returned item(s) upon receipt. The credit card will be charged for the replacement item(s) when shipped. If we cannot exchange or accept returned item(s) to comply with your request, we may, at our discretion, return the product to you or issue you store credit.
Exchanges
If you purchased a non print-on-demand item (it will say on the item’s details page if it is a POD product) and need to exchange for a different size, please contact us.
